portalbromo.com – Wali Kota Probolinggo Habib Hadi Zainal Abidin membuka sosialisasi pemberdayaan dan peran serta organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) dalam pembangunan Kota Probolinggo tahun 2022, Rabu (23/3) pagi, di Aula Kantor Bakesbangpol.

Agenda ini digelar dalam rangka implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 57 Tahun 2017 tentang Pendaftaran dan Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Organisasi Kemasyarakatan serta Permendagri Nomor 58 Tahun 2017 Tentang Kerja Sama Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Pemerintah Daerah dengan Organisasi Kemasyarakatan dan Badan atau Lembaga Dalam Bidang Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum.

Sebagai penyelenggara acara, Plt. Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Boedi Harjanto mengatakan, selain sebagai ajang silaturahmi, agenda ini juga menjadi sarana penguatan peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai organisasi kemasyarakatan. “Meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai peraturan perundang-undangan terkait organisasi kemasyarakatan,” terang Boedi. Beberapa poin penting yang akan disampaikan antara lain terkait pendaftaran ormas, evaluasi dan mediasi sengketa ormas, pengawasan ormas serta ormas asing di daerah.

Diketahui, dari 178 ormas dan yayasan yang ada di Kota Probolinggo, baru 64 ormas yang sudah terdaftar. Untuk itu Wali Kota Habib Hadi menghimbau kepada pengurus ormas dan yayasan yang belum terdata untuk segera melaporkan ormasnya ke Bakesbangpol.

“Kita mengajak semua ormas, lembaga, yayasan yang berada di wilayah Kota Probolinggo yang belum mendaftarkan ke Bakesbangpol segera daftarkan sehingga kami mempunyai data yang lengkap, tanpa ada data yang lengkap kami tidak bisa mensupport,” jelas wali kota di depan 60 peserta yang hadir.

Wali kota menambahkan, apabila semua ormas dan yayasan sudah terdaftar, dirinya mengajak untuk saling bersinergi membangun Kota Probolinggo. “Karena nantinya, apabila semua ormas sudah terdaftar dari yayasan dan lain-lainnya, kita ingin mengajak semuanya saling bahu-membahu untuk menjaga dan membangun Kota Probolinggo,” kata Habib Hadi.

Hadir sebagai pemateri yakni Kasi Tindak Pidana Umum Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Probolinggo Rio Vernika Putra yang menyampaikan paparan mengenai arah kebijakan peraturan umum organisasi kemasyarakatan. Rencananya, agenda serupa juga akan digelar pada Senin (4/4) mendatang dengan peserta dari ormas dan yayasan yang berbeda. (dew\mr)
