PORTAL BROMO | PROBOLINGGO – Salah satu program prioritas dari Kecamatan Kademangan yakni pemetaan, memetakan satu kelurahan per bidang tanah. Tidak hanya dengan menggambar peta dan membagi wilayahnya, namun mendetailkan per bidang tanah yang ada. Kelurahan yang akan menjadi pilot projectnya adalah Kelurahan Pohsangit Kidul.

Rabu (3/10), di ruang transit kantor wali kota Probolinggo, Camat Kademangan Pujo Agung Satriyo menggelar rapat koordinasi sinergitas pemetaan tanah di Kelurahan Pohsangit Kidul. Rapat dihadiri Wali Kota Rukmini, Ketua BPN (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) Kota Probolinggo Bambang Haryono, Tim Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta dan kepala  OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) terkait.

Camat Kademangan menyampaikan tujuan dari pemetaan tersebut yakni ingin mensinergikan berbagai macam peta yang dimiliki oleh Pemkot Probolinggo. Untuk mengetahui batas kota, batas kecamatan, batas kelurahan, batas RW dan batas RT. Mengkompilasikan berbagai macam data yang dimiliki oleh OPD seperti data kependudukan (Dispendukcapil), data NOP PBB (Nomor Objek Pajak Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan) dan data tanah aset pemkot (BPPKAD) dalam satu peta. Serta menyajikan data informasi geospasial yang pasti, terpadu, terbuka, mutakhir, akurat dan bermanfaat dalam penentuan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan.

“Semangat kami ini akan kami selesaikan sampai bulan November, sehingga di bulan Januari nanti Kelurahan Pohsangit Kidul siap menjalankan PTSL yang merupakan program percepatan sertifikasi tanah dari BPN di 2019 nanti dengan target 10.000 bidang tanah,” terang Pujo panggilan akrabnya.

Nantinya, pemetaan ini diharapkan mampu memprogramkan peta 1:1000 sebagai dasar update kondisi terbaru NOP PBB dan dilanjutkan dengan penyesuaian tarif berdasarkan zonasi. Mampu menyajikan data yang komplit serta tercapainya KSP (Kebijakan Satu Peta) serta mampu meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Wali Kota Rukmini dalam kesempatan itu menyampaikan apresiasinya atas inovasi camat Kademangan ini. “Saya sangat mendukung program ini, segera realisasikan dan saya minta kerjasama yang baik antar OPD yang terkait. Mungkin langkah awalnya bisa di sosialisasikan terlebih dahulu kepada masyarakat, sehingga kedepan tidak terjadi permasalahan,” ungkap Rukmini.(wan/linda)
