Gagasan ini merupakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian kepada para pensiunan agar mereka mempunyai kesiapan dalam mengisi waktu masa pensiun dengan kehidupan bahagia, sehat dan produktif.
Mengawali kegiatan Sekolah Pensiunan, pada Jumat (27/8/2021) YISI sebagai mitra dari CSR PT. TIV Aqua Pandaan menggelar workshop mini yang digelar di BUMDES KUJATI PERDANA, Desa Karangjati, Kecamatan Pandaan, Kabupaten Pasuruan.
Para peserta berasal dari para pensiunan baik yang berasal dari pensiunan karyawan pabrik Aqua Pandaan namun juga dari pensiunan pabrik lain seperti Coca-Cola, Exsterentex, Pholpan, ASN dan TNI muapun Kepolosian. Turut hadir dalam acara tersebut dari Badan Kepegawaian dan Pelatihan Dasar Kabupaten Pasuruan, Manager CSR PT. Tirta Investama Pandaan dan Kepala Desa Karangjati.
Direktur YISI, Syukur Sungeng Apriwiyanto mengatakan, masa pensiun adalah masa yang secara alamiah akan menghampiri setiap orang, datangnya sudah pasti berdasarkan pencapaian usia tertentu. Banyak yang beranggapan, masa pensiun adalah memasuki masa usia tua, fisik yang makin lemah, makin banyak penyakit, cepat lupa, penampilan tidak menarik. Atau juga anggapan bahwa masa pensiun merupakan tanda seseorang sudah tidak berguna dan tidak dibutuhkan lagi dalam dunia pekerjaan karena usia yang menua dan produktivitas makin menurun.
Selain itu, lanjut pria yang akrab disapa Kang Apri ini, masa pensiun selalu dianggap sebagai masa yang menjengkelkan, hilangnya kegiatan kerja yang rutin, menurunnya penghasilan, hilangnya wewenang yang selama aktif bekerja dimilikinya (post-power syndrome), dan kondisi kesehatan yang semakin menurun seiring dengan pertambahan usia.
“Melalui Sekolah Pensiunan akan melakukan sinau bareng tentang membangun minsed dan sikap poisitif tentang pensiun, pentingnya kesehatan, perencanaan keuangan pensiun, menemukan dan menggali rencana bisnis/usaha, spiritual building dan aktualisasi sosial,” terangnya.
Ditambahkan, Sekolah Pensiunan merupakan panggon Berfikir, Berdzikir dan Berkarya yang dilakukan dengan kasadaran nilai-nilai Ketuhanan untuk memberi kehidupan yang bermanfaat di dunia dan akherat.
Menurut Raden Triono selaku perwakilan dari Badan Kepedawagaian dan Pendidikan Pelahatihan Daerah (BKPPD) menyampaikan, tentang pentingnya pembekalan kepada para pensiunan untuk menghadapi masa pensiun.
“Ini bagian dari pesiapan agar para pensiuanan tetap bisa mengembangkan dirinya sesuai dengan sehat dan produktif,” terangnya.
Kepala Desa Karngjati Kuyatib, menyambut baik program Sekolah Pensiunan dan ini merupakan gagasan menarik dan ide cemerlang sebagai program untuk menggarap para pensiunan yang ada di desannya.
“Saya selaku kepala desa sangat mendukung program ini, bahkan dipersilahkan tanah desa yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh para pensiunan untuk kegiatan seperti ternak lele, pertanian dan lainnya monggo digunakan,” terangnya.
Sementara Manager CSR PT. Tirta Investama Pandaan Fafit Ajik menyampaikan, Sekolah Pensiunan ini di gagas merukapakan salah satu bentuk komitemen dan kepedulian kepada para karwayan yang sudah memasuki pensiunan untuk mempunyai wadah silaturakhim dan pengembangan kegiatan di masa pensiun.
“Salan satu wadah para pensiunanan ini adalah sekolah pensiunan, oleh karena itu berharap agar para pensiunan untuk bergabung dan menjalankan sekolah pensiunan ini secara bersama-sama,” pungkasnya. (*)
