Probolinggo, Portalbromo.com – Polemik pembangunan Cold Storage di kabupaten Probolinggo kembali hangat, bak lagu lama yang mulai hilang, kendati di awal hanya lirih – lirih pada akhirnya nyaring terdengar.

Tahun 2016 pemerintah melalui APBN menganggarkan pembangunan Cold Storage untuk pertanian di wilayah kabupaten Probolinggo.

Dari data LPSE kabupaten Probolinggo, tahun 2016 terdapat lelang proyek pembangunan Cold Storage sumber anggaran APBN dengan nilai pagu sebesar 1.180.000.000 Miliar lokasi pembangunan desa Pabean Kec. Dringu dan 1.708.870.000 Miliar lokasi pembangunan di desa Sumberanyar Kec. Paiton itu di menangkan oleh CV. Gunung Jati.

Untuk di ketahui, Cold storage adalah sejenis kulkas raksasa, sebuah gudang tempat penyimpanan berkapasitas puluhan hingga ratusan ton yang di lengkapi dengan mesin pendingin, di rancang khusus sebagai penyimpanan dalam waktu lama.

Tujuan dan Kegunaan dari cold storage untuk menjaga inflasi pasar dan mengurangi tingkat kerugian petani, ketika harga komoditas hasil pertanian di rasa anjlok atau kelebihan stok, petani dapat menyimpan hasil taninya di cold storage selama berbulan bulan tanpa terkurangi kualitas barang yang di simpan, dan menjual kembali saat harga komoditas di rasa mampu memberikan keuntungan.

Banyak pihak menanyakan terkait lokasi cold storage di desa Pabean Kecamatan Dringu yang di bangun di atas lahan milik perorangan, hal itu di sampaikan sala satu ketua LSM di Probolinggo Safriagung, pasalnya menurut Agung gudang penyimpanan berpendingin yang di bangun dengan anggaran sebesar 1 Miliar lebih itu bukan dana hibah melainkan dari APBN.

“Yang jelas itu tidak benar, jika Cold storage di bangun di atas lahan milik pribadi, Program itu bukan dari dana hiba, melainkan dari APBN seharusnya berada di atas lahan milik pemerintah daerah” kata Agung.

“Di khawatirkan di kemudian hari ada persoalan dan bisa merugikan negara, mengingat anggaran yang di gunakan cukup besar” lanjutnya.

Tarsan, warga Desa Pabean, Kecamatan Dringu pemilik lahan mengakui bahwa lahan yang di gunakan untuk pembangunan gudang penyimpanan itu adalah tanah dengan sertifikat namanya sendiri.

“Iya betul, bangunan itu memang berada di tanah dengan sertifikat nama saya sendiri” ucap
Tarsan lewat seluler, Selasa ( 25/6).

“Terkait masalah bangunan saya tidak tau tentang anggaran, dulu pernah ada orang dirjen ke tempat saya mereka bilang kalau gudang milik saya tidak layak, terus di bangunkan, masalah dari mana dan berapa besaran uangnya saya tidak tau”. Jelas Tarsan.

Di singgung terkait fungsi bangunan, Pria yang juga di ketahui sebagai ketua kelompok tani HIPPA SUMBER WARU Desa Pabean itu mengatakan bangunan itu tetap di gunakan namun secara manual.

” bangunan itu masih di gunakan untuk menyimpan bawang merah, namun dengan cara manual, yang menggunakan ya anggota kelompok” jelas Tarsan.

Nanang Trijoko Suhartono kepala dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian ( DKPP ) kabupaten Probolinggo di konfirmasi belum bisa memberikan tanggapan, Nanang (sapaan) enggan memberikan tanggapan mengingat statusnya yang masih 2 bulan menjabat sebagai kepala dinas DKPP kabupaten Probolinggo.

“Saya baru menjabat dua bulan di sini, cobah nanti saya cek ya mas, saya suru staf saya untuk kroscek di lapangan, nanti saya hubungi sampean” Ungkapnya.(mr)
